Every clinical decision is a clinician’s, and the system of action keeps the source behind every value

Inside the harness the agents read, flag, draft, route and propose, and a clinician decides, and this page sets out what your review will want to see.

Diagnosis, prescription, dose and any change to a protocol stay with a clinician

What changes for your doctors, your nurses and your patients is what the agents do and who they hand it to.

  1. Your doctors

Clinical Intelligence reads the record and answers with its source, and the decision goes in the doctor’s own note. A lab report reaches a patient only when one of your people sends it.

  2. Your nurses

Anything clinical a patient raises goes by urgency to the nurse or doctor who takes it, with the record behind it and a suggested action. Agentic CRM’s drafts go out only after the nurse approves or edits them, and reminders stay off until you switch them on.

  3. Your patients

Patient AI reaches a patient only once your clinic switches that patient on, and iksa logs who did so and why. It answers routine questions from their own record, never changes a dose and hands anything clinical to the nurse or doctor who takes it.

Trial-style provenance traces each value’s source and who acted on each flag

If you have reviewed a trial you know what source verification and an audit trail are for. On each patient’s record we can follow a result back with your reviewer to the note or report it came from and show who acted on each flag and when.

Across one patient’s second year, every decision on her plan stands in her doctor’s note, with the month and the reports behind it, a home reading stands with her nurse, and the last decision is followed back to the same number on its lab report.
  1. Every value and its source

Every value keeps the note or report it came from. A lab value is checked against its report before it shows, and one that fails is held rather than guessed.

  2. Each flag your team works, and who acted

Each flag your team works keeps who acted and when, and we walk your reviewer through it.

  3. An adverse event and the person it reaches

A side effect a patient reports, whether it follows a peptide cycle, a cell therapy or any other treatment, reaches a person with what they reported, its urgency, the background from their record, what is known and a suggested action.

The BAA

The BAA: we sign one with every clinic before any patient data moves, and we work through your security review with you.

What your reviewer asks before an AI reads records and answers patients

Does iksa make decisions about a patient’s care?

No.It reads, flags, drafts and proposes, and a clinician on your team makes every change to care, in their own note.

Will the AI message our patients without us?

Yes, for routine questions.Patient AI answers those from each patient’s own protocol, only for the patients you switch on, once a nurse has reviewed that patient’s profile. Anything clinical goes by urgency to the nurse or doctor who takes it, and when a message reads as an emergency, the patient is told to call for help at once.

Does iksa replace our EHR?

No.Your EHR keeps the chart, and iksa runs each patient’s protocol on top of it with nothing written back by default. Whatever iksa reads from it, by connection or from documents, stays under the BAA. Tell us which EHR you run and we’ll go through it with you.

Does iksa sell patient data or use it for marketing?

No.iksa processes patient data for your clinic under the BAA, and it never sells it or uses it for marketing or advertising.

Who sees a patient’s record?

Your team, by role, and iksa under the BAA.Access inside iksa is set by role, so your doctors, your nurses and the rest of your team each see what their work needs. iksa’s own people work under the BAA. What your team does on a flag or a role is kept with who acted and when, and we walk your reviewer through it.

Can a study read a patient’s record?

Only with your clinic’s agreement.A study reads it de-identified, and only once that patient has consented and ethics review has cleared it.
