Medicine Practiced at Trial Grade
The group practices longevity and regenerative medicine in Bangkok, where a plan is written for one person and carried out over years, and where the same clinic often cares for several generations of one family.
What distinguishes a longitudinal protocol of this kind is how closely it is observed. Biomarkers are monitored rigorously and on a schedule; a precise genetic profile sits beneath the plan; lifestyle changes run alongside the therapy; and the patient reports continuously to clinicians who remain within reach. Few settings in medicine describe one person’s response to an intervention in such detail, or for so long.
iksa’s work with the group began on that clinical side. The first deployment was a companion for patients already in care: it answers from the patient’s own plan, remains available throughout the protocol, and brings to the care team what requires a clinician’s attention.
From there the work extended to the front desk, so that an inquiry, a message, and a follow-up are kept in the same record as the care they lead to. Much of the clinic’s daily operation now runs through that record.
The engagement is ongoing, and the product continues to be developed with the clinic’s team. Its premise has held throughout: a record this rich is only as complete as the daily work that feeds it, and software has to fit that work before it can keep the record.
