We believe in healthcare outcomes as a service, and four numbers show its worth
That means clinical outcomes for your patients and commercial outcomes for your clinic, so enter four numbers and bring them to the call. You’ll see how many patients each nurse can carry and the share of your new revenue attributed to iksa. The year-one return beside them is iksa’s ROI, and it stays put as you type.
The commercial outcome, on your clinic’s own four numbers
Each nurse’s panel
- Today
- On iksa
Your patients per nurse at 4.3x, and 20% of the new clinic revenue you add.
How we calculate
Your ratio today is your patients divided by your nurses, to one decimal. With iksa that is 4.3x patients per nurse, so we multiply your ratio by 4.3 and round down.
We apply it from 1 to 20 patients per nurse. Above 20, we read the multiple with you on the call.
New clinic revenue is the new patients you add in a year times your annual fee.
20%+ of new clinic revenue is attributed to iksa, so we show 20% of yours.
The doctor who writes the protocol decides what the patient buys next
Your clinic pays for the highest quality of service. It isn’t paying to save your doctors time, so think about software as its own service, priced against the staff time it absorbs and the revenue it captures.
The patients each nurse can carry
A nurse can only carry as many patients as they can hold in their head. With each protocol and the doctor’s last change in front of them, that becomes the 4.3x patients per nurse you just read.
The new revenue attributed to iksa
With no payer in between, we read new revenue by therapy and each new patient by how they found you. On that reading we agree 20%+ of new clinic revenue attributed to iksa.
What a patient who stays is worth
The annual fee you typed comes round again at each renewal and the next protocol comes on top of it, which is why the retention is the business.
What owners ask about these numbers, and what patients still get from their nurse
Does the calculator count all our revenue?
No.Only the new patients you add in a year times your annual fee, because 20%+ of new clinic revenue attributed to iksa applies to new revenue alone. The patients you already have and any renewal are never counted.
Where do these multiples come from?
Our work with clinics. The platform has 3,000+ users. The 4.3x patients per nurse compares what each nurse carries with iksa against without it, and the 2.7x ROI is the return a clinic can expect in year one. Yours is what the call is for.
If each nurse carries more, does each patient get less?
No.The nurse still approves, edits or skips each follow-up, so the patient hears from someone who knows what the doctor just changed.
What does iksa cost?
An annual license that grows with your patients, your sites and the protocols you run, and we give you the number on the walkthrough, on your clinic’s own profile.
